Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ug344" refers to the ug344 online gaming platform, accessible at ug344.app, and includes all sub-pages, services, games, and products offered therein.
• "Platform" means the ug344 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all software and services made available to registered members.
• "Account" means a registered member profile created by an individual user on the ug344 platform.
• "Member" / "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an account on ug344 and is using the platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's account, excluding bonus funds or promotional credits that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or reload bonuses credited to a Member's account by ug344 as part of a marketing promotion.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on any sportsbook event, casino game, slot title, or other product available on the ug344 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process ug344 conducts to comply with international anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming standards.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the exclusive transaction currency on the ug344 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling services is explicitly forbidden by local law, including jurisdictions where ug344 has elected not to operate.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ug344, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ug344 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gaming principles. Players under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate entities, syndicates, and any person acting as agent on behalf of a third party are not permitted to hold an account without the prior written consent of ug344.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of ug344 is lawful under the laws applicable in their country or territory of residence.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by ug344 or by any other gaming platform, regulatory body, or court order.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent by a court of law are not eligible to register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of ug344 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processing partners, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicitly authorised in writing.

Account Registration

To access the full range of ug344's products and services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times during the registration process and any subsequent update requests. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of balances.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one account on ug344. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ug344 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ug344 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
• Identity Verification (KYC): ug344 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time frame will result in account suspension.
• Contact Details: You must maintain a valid and accessible email address on your account. ug344 will use this address for all account-related communications, including verification requests, transaction confirmations, and bonus notifications.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts, balances, and any accrued loyalty or promotional benefits are strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or pledged to any third party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ug344 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern the movement of funds into and out of your ug344 account:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ug344 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia) for bank transfers, and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja for e-wallet transactions. ug344 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published within the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change and Members should consult the Cashier page for current applicable limits before initiating a transaction.

4.3 Processing Times

• E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): typically processed within minutes of submission.
• Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI): typically credited within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7).
• Withdrawals: processed within 5–15 minutes during standard business hours. Processing times outside of WIB business hours, on Indonesian national public holidays, or during scheduled maintenance windows may be longer.

4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

For fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible. ug344 may request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal to a different payment method.

4.5 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally and that have been obtained through lawful means. Using funds derived from criminal activity, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the ug344 platform. Product-specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and slot titles are published within each respective product section.

• Accepted Bets: A wager is considered accepted and binding only once it has been confirmed by the ug344 system and a bet reference number has been issued to the Member. Verbal confirmations, screenshots of pending states, or other forms of partial confirmation do not constitute a binding wager.
• Bet Cancellation: ug344 reserves the right to void or cancel any wager in the event of manifest error, incorrect odds, technical malfunction, or where the integrity of a sporting event is in question. In the event of a void wager, the original stake is returned to the Member's account balance.
• Maximum Payout: Individual maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per product category. Current limits are published in the sportsbook and game information sections and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prohibited Conduct: The use of automated betting software (bots), arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee a profit irrespective of outcome, exploitation of software bugs or pricing errors, match-fixing, and any form of collusion are strictly prohibited. ug344 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect such activity.
• Disconnection Policy: ug344 is not responsible for interrupted game sessions caused by a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power outage. Incomplete game rounds will be resolved according to the relevant game provider's disconnection policy.
• Currency and Odds: All odds and payouts are displayed and settled in IDR. Decimal odds are the default display format on the ug344 sportsbook; other formats may be selected within account preferences where available.

Bonuses & Promotions

ug344 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to a wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Slot titles typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and wagering requirements expire within the time period specified on the relevant promotion page. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously. Depositing while a bonus is active may require the existing bonus to be forfeited before the new one is credited.
• Bonus Abuse: ug344 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-variance bets (e.g., alternating Red/Black on roulette) to clear wagering requirements, and any pattern of activity judged to be in bad faith. Detection of bonus abuse will result in voiding of all bonus-derived winnings and may result in permanent account closure.
• ug344's Discretion: ug344 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of ug344 management on all promotional matters is final.

Responsible Gaming

ug344 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform integrates responsible gaming tools directly into every account. These tools are available to all Members at no cost and without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour review period.
• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on losses over a defined rolling period. Once reached, further wagers will be declined until the limit period resets or the limit is increased after the mandatory review period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ug344 platform — including but not limited to the ug344 brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and database structures — is the exclusive property of ug344 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ug344 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the ug344 platform without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code underlying the ug344 platform.
• Use ug344's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of ug344's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of platform access and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Privacy & Data

ug344 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, ug344 collects only the data necessary to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ug344 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ug344 platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if ug344 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or actions of governmental or regulatory authorities.
• Any gambling losses incurred on the platform. Gambling inherently involves risk and ug344 provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcome of any bet or game.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that are subsequently corrected under the provisions of Clause 5 of these Terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Member's account relationship with ug344 at any time:

• By the Member: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting ug344 customer support. Any real-money balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• By ug344: ug344 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) ug344 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation; (c) a regulatory or law enforcement authority requires it; (d) you provide false or misleading information during registration or KYC; or (e) your account has been dormant for a continuous period of 12 months.

Upon termination for cause, ug344 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, all funds associated with the breach may be permanently forfeited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug344 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ug344's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits ug344's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent ongoing harm.

Members in Indonesia acknowledge that by using ug344, they are accessing an international platform and that Indonesian courts may have limited jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of such platforms. ug344 does not waive any jurisdictional protections afforded to it under the laws of its licensing jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

ug344 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ug344 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Members via the registered email address or a prominent on-site notification. The revised Terms will specify the date on which they become effective.

Your continued use of the ug344 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the revised Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ug344 recommends checking this page at least once per month if you are an active Member.
